JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of Ireland&# *;s leading
Civil/Utility Contractors with operations throughout the Dublin /
Leinster.
An excellent opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic Quantity
Surveyors to join a civil / utility contractor with offices based in
Ballycoolin.
Project procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of
tender reports and appointments in line with construction program to
ensure delivery of project on time and on budget
Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports
Monitoring of project costs and agreeing variations with Design Team
Reporting monthly to senior management on the financial performance of
individual projects
REQUIREMENTS
Degree level in Quantity Surveying
2+ years quantity surveying experience
Main contracting experience on civils and utilities projects.

Salary € *k - € *K
depending on experience
